Mushroom/Swiss Burger

1 lb of Lean Ground Sirloin made into 1/4 lb patties.

4 Slices of Top Quality Swiss Cheese

1/2 Medium Onion Chopped

2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine

2 Tablespoons Bottled Garlic or 2 Garlic Cloves

8 oz can of Mushroom Tops or 1 square fresh mushrooms

2 Tablespoons of Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce

4 Large Sesame Seed Buns

 

Preparation

Grill or fry the burgers as you like. In a frying pan add

butter, add and brown the garlic, add onions and fry till

clear. Lastly add the mushrooms and fry till just browning.

 Add the Buffalo Tom's to flavor the final mixture. (This is

an instance where fire is not the final intent, it is flavor. 2

tablespoons will not result in much fire at all, it does

however, result in a full bodied delicious mushroom / onion

 topping for burgers, hot dogs, salads and just about

anything else you could think of.) To continue, top the

 burgers with Swiss cheese, the mushroom mix, and I like an

 additional splash of BT's!
