Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Buffalo Meat Burger

"1 lb of Lean Ground Buffalo Meat. (Could use beef in a pinch) 1/4 tsp salt -1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 Medium Onion Chopped 1 Egg 1/4 cup flavored bread crumbs 2-3 Tablespoons of Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce 4 Large Onion Rolls Combine the buffalo meat, bread crumbs, egg, Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce and onion in a bowl. Make into 4 patties 3/4 to 1" thick. Grill or broil 4" from the heat turning once. Top the burgers with Provolone Cheese and I like an additional splash of BT's! (Ground Buffalo is naturally lean, full of flavor and very easy to prepare. Simply substitute buffalo for beef in all your recipes. Ground Buffalo cooks quicker and tastes best cooked medium rare to medium, so check for doneness a little sooner than you would with beef.)
