Buffalo Style Golden Mushroom Chicken Thighs

8 Chicken Thighs Skin and Excess Fat Removed 1/4 tsp salt / 1/4 tsp pepper 2 Cans Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/4 - 1/3 Cup of Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce Remove the skin and excess fat from 8 -10 fresh chicken thighs rinse under cold water. Add chicken to crock pot, top with 2 cans Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup, add the Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce set crock pot to 4 hours (6 hours if the chicken is frozen) cook until meat is tender and falls off the bone. Flavor is infused into the meat, add more or less Buffalo Tom's to taste. This is served with a side salad for an awesome Atkins meal with only Total Net carbs
